This legal notice governs the use of the website www.izuuk.com (hereinafter, "the Website"), owned by IZUUK (hereinafter, "IZUUK", "we" or "the Owner"). Use of the Website grants the user the status of User and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the provisions included in this legal notice in the version published at the time of access.

The User agrees to make appropriate use of the contents and services offered through the Website and not to use them for unlawful activities or activities contrary to good faith and the Andorran legal system.

Trademarks, trade names and distinctive signs are owned by IZUUK or third parties, and access to the Website does not grant any right over those trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs.

Any dispute arising from access to or use of the Website shall be submitted to the Andorran Courts (Honorable Tribunal de Batlles d'Andorra), with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, except where the User is a consumer, in which case the specific consumer protection regulations established in Law 13/2013, of 13 June, on effective competition and consumer protection shall apply.
