The standard commitment is 12 months. For one-off audit or consulting services there is no minimum term. If you need a different model, we can discuss it.

No. Our entire infrastructure is in EU data centers (Spain and Germany) and we only work with vendors compliant with GDPR and NIS2.

It depends on your needs. We can fully replace, complement your in-house team handling specific layers, or act as overflow at peak times. We define it together during the discovery phase.

For Helpdesk and EDR, between 2 and 4 weeks from signing. For CISO as a Service, we start in 7 days. For ISO/ENS audits, it depends on the starting point: gap analysis takes 3-4 weeks.

Contractual SLA with penalties, quarterly NPS, and a monthly executive report with KPIs (tickets resolved, average response time, threats detected, etc.). Full transparency.

Yes. We have a structured migration process to coordinate handoff with the outgoing provider without service interruptions. We have done it dozens of times.
